Our Leadership
The Scriptures establish two categories of office within the Church: Elders (also designated overseers or bishops, and pastor-teachers), and Deacons to lead and serve the flock under Christ (Philippians 1:1). Those who serve in these capacities must be qualified biblically (1 Timothy 3:1-13; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1-5). The elders-overseers-pastor-teachers who have been given a divinely delegated authority are especially accountable for the spiritual welfare of their Master's flock. He will judge not only them and their guidance of His sheep but also the flock's expected submission to their spiritual direction (Hebrews 13:7, 17).
Carl Fletcher
Carl Fletcher and his family came to this church in 1998 after he graduated from seminary. He has the privilege of serving Christ by shepherding His people on a full-time basis. As an elder who is supported by this church he seeks to work hard at preaching and teaching that Christ would be proclaimed rightly from the Word to the glory of God and the blessing of His people.
John Wilson
John has been a part of this church since he came to faith in Christ in 1995. He and his wife have served the church in many ways and John currently serves as a deacon.
Sean
Sean came to this church in 1985 and has grown up with us. Sean and his wife were married by Carl Fletcher in 2005 and they continue to serve Grace Church along with their children. Sean currently serves as a deacon.
Matt
Matt came to Grace Church in 2012 after moving to Santa Rosa for a job. He married his wife in 2013 and they currently have two children. Matt and his wife love serving the Lord along side brothers and sisters at Grace Church where Matt currently serves as deacon.
